Porch Theft Disclaimer: Full value shipping insurance protects your package against loss or damage while in transit within the USPS network. Once USPS scans the package as 'Delivered,' our store and the carrier’s insurance liability ends. We are not responsible for packages stolen after a successful delivery scan.
Unclaimed Packages Notice: If you miss the delivery attempt, you must pick up your package at your local post office within the carrier's designated hold window (typically 15 days). Packages returned to us as 'Unclaimed' or 'Undeliverable' will be subject to a re-shipping fee to mail the item out a second time."
Damaged Shipments: In the rare event that your jewelry arrives damaged, you must keep all original packaging, boxes, and packing materials exactly as they arrived. USPS requires physical inspection of the packaging to process and pay out a damage claim. Discarding the box before a claim is filed may void the insurance coverage
