2. Products and Customization

 

We specialize in handmade personalized jewelry crafted in sterling silver and real 14k gold. Due to the unique, custom nature of each piece, all items are final sale, as detailed in the Refunds and Exchanges section below.

 

3. Pricing and Payment

4. Shipping and Delivery

 

We will ship products to the address you provide. Shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Drip Gold Jewelry pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

5. Cancellations, Refunds, and Exchanges Policy

All sales are final due to the custom, handmade, and personalized nature of our jewelry.

Order Cancellations:

• Before Gold Manufacturing Begins: If an order is canceled prior to physical production, a refund will be issued minus a 5% credit card processing fee (of the total order amount) and a $75 custom design fee.

• After Gold Manufacturing Begins: Once gold cutting, casting, or laser engraving has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Production Errors: We will only accept a request for a refund or replacement after manufacturing has completed if we made a direct error in the personalization process, specifically:

• A spelling mistake that differs from the exact text provided in your order.

• A size error that differs from the size selected at checkout.

To Request a Return for a Production Error:

• Time Frame: You must notify us within fourteen (14) days of delivery at dripgoldjewelry@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos.

• Procedure: Upon approval, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. The item must be returned unworn and in original packaging for inspection before a refund or replacement is processed.

 

How to Request a Refund/Exchange for an Error:

 

• Time Frame: You must notify us of the error within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date of your order.

• Procedure: You must send an email to dripgoldjewelry@gmail.com that includes your order number, a clear description of the mistake, and supporting photos.

• Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email for the return of the incorrect item. The item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will either issue a full refund or begin the process of creating a corrected replacement item.
