We specialize in handmade personalized jewelry crafted in sterling silver and real 14k gold. Due to the unique, custom nature of each piece, all items are final sale, as detailed in the Refunds and Exchanges section below.
3. Pricing and Payment

5. Refunds and Exchanges Policy
All sales are final due to the custom, handmade, and personalized nature of our jewelry. We do not accept refunds or exchanges under normal circumstances.
We will only accept a request for a refund or exchange if we made an error in the personalization process, specifically:

A mistake in spelling that differs from the text you provided in your order.

How to Request a Refund/Exchange for an Error:

Time Frame: You must notify us of the error within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date of your order.

Procedure: You must send an email to dripgoldjewelry@gmail.com that includes your order number, a clear description of the mistake, and supporting photos.

Return Shipping: If your return is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label via email for the return of the incorrect item. The item must be returned unworn and in its original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of the item, we will either issue a full refund or begin the process of creating a corrected replacement item.
