Is your jewelry made of real gold and silver?
Yes, absolutely. We pride ourselves on quality and offer 10k and 14k solid gold, as well as high-quality sterling silver. You will be able to select your preferred metal type when customizing your specific piece.
Can I wear my jewelry in the shower?
Yes! In fact, we encourage it. Solid gold and sterling silver stay looking their best when rinsed often. While these metals are durable and water-friendly, please remember they are not indestructible—treat your jewelry with care to maintain its lifelong shine.
Will my jewelry tarnish or change colors?
Our 10k and 14k Solid Gold is designed to last a lifetime and will never peel or turn your skin green. While solid gold is highly resistant to tarnish, it can occasionally experience a slight change in tone due to external factors like high skin acidity (pH levels), heavy perspiration, or exposure to harsh chemicals like chlorine and bleach. Sterling Silver can also naturally darken over time, but this is not permanent. Both gold and silver can be easily restored to their original brilliant shine with a jewelry polishing cloth or a gentle rinse in warm, soapy water.

How long does it take to create my custom piece?
Production time varies depending on the complexity of the design. Generally, it takes 3–5 business days for us to hand-craft your item before it is carefully packaged and shipped.
