Crafting & Processing Time:

Each of our personalized 14k solid gold and sterling silver jewelry pieces is handmade with exceptional care and attention to detail. Due to the custom nature and intricate craftsmanship involved, please note that your order may take up to 15 business days to craft before it is ready for shipment. This crafting time is separate from the shipping transit time. We appreciate your patience as we create your special item.

Shipping & Insurance:

For your peace of mind, all of our shipments include comprehensive insurance coverage. This protects your valuable purchase against loss or damage during transit.

Signature Confirmation for Secure Delivery:

To ensure the secure delivery of your precious jewelry, some orders may require a signature confirmation upon delivery, depending on the value of the item(s). This measure is in place to protect your investment.

Important Note Regarding Signature Confirmation:

If your order requires a signature and you are not available at the time of delivery, the USPS carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions on how to retrieve your package (e.g., re-delivery options, pickup at a local post office). It is the customer's responsibility to follow up directly with the USPS carrier (or the specified postal service) using the provided tracking information and notice to arrange for redelivery or pickup of their item. We are unable to intervene with individual carrier delivery processes once the item has reached your local postal service.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your item has been crafted and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Estimates:

While we strive to get your items to you as quickly as possible, please remember that delivery estimates provided by carriers are approximate and do not include the 15 business day crafting period.
